Banana Bread!
Ingredients:
4 big ol' bananas
1 egg
1 tbsp Vanilla
1.5 cups flour (all purpose)
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp baking soda
1/3 cup melted butter
Some salt
Process:
1. Preheat your oven to 350f and proceed to mash the bananas in any way you see fit. Hands, mixer, bricks and textbooks will all do the trick. To the mashed bananas add your melted butter. Stir until incorporated.
2. Add your egg, sugar, and vanilla to the buttery banana batter. Oh hey, mix this until it's incorporated as well.
3. Add a pinch of salt and the baking soda and, while stirring, pour the flower in by thirds (1/2 cup at a time) until it is completely mixed in.
4. Pour the batter into a well-buttered 9" by 4" pan and pop it in the oven for about an hour. The second you smell this stuff, you (and the rest of your dorm, if you live in one) are going to know how delicious it will turn out. Let it cool on the rack for a half hour or so before serving.
Note: Awesome with maple butter!
